Optimize space efficiency and swift inventory access

This type of automated storage solution, known as a high-density pallet warehouse, is optimized for space efficiency and swift inventory access. The system operates with pallets tailored to specific production needs, accommodating loads typically ranging from 500 to 2000 kilograms, customizable as required. Palletization and depalletization processes can be either manual or automated to align with operational demands.

To meet diverse operational requirements and budget allocations, a variety of stacker cranes can be selected. Options include single or double-depth, single or multi-position, and straightforward or transferable rail systems.

The integrated pallet warehouse system comprises a Warehouse Management System (WMS/WCS), racking, stacker cranes, and an interconnected logistics infrastructure (such as conveyor belts, lifts, rail-guided shuttles, depalletization machinery, and identification devices for information processing). This system features:

  • Pallet-based storage retrieval operations that are highly efficient;

  • Compatibility with materials that have uniformly standard packaging like cartons or plastic containers, facilitating high-density storage;

  • Ideal use in facilities with vertical space exceeding 7 meters.

Pallet Warehouse

This type of storage solution is a storage solution for automatic storage of bin units (plastic or cartons) by a bin stacker.

The load of the stacker crane is generally 25~100kg or designed according to the requirements, and the box can be stored in a single box or in stacks. According to the different needs of actual production applications, different types of stacker cranes such as single-depth/double-depth, single-station/multi-station can be selected. The whole system is composed of high-rise shelves, bin stackers and connecting conveying systems.

The system has the following features:

  • The use of high-speed light stacker crane to access the bin, in and out of the warehouse is fast and efficient;

  • It is mostly used in the storage and picking of bulk materials or components, such as logistics sorting and distribution centers, manufacturing small parts storage and picking, etc.

Different sorting areas are divided according to the momentum demand:

  • The high-speed sorting area adopts fully automatic high-speed sorting technology

  • The medium-speed sorting area uses pick-to-light technology from goods to person

  • The low-speed sorting area uses RF picking technology for people to goods
